We will explore postures such as Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (upward facing dog), Shalabasana (locust pose), Dhanurasana (bow pose), Ustransana (camel pose) and Urdhva Dhanuransa (upward bow pose).

This workshop is suitable for all levels. Modifications and techniques will be offered to help you approach backbends in a safe and sustainable way.
