In the Ashtanga tradition, breath is more than technique; it is a pathway to presence, concentration, and inner transformation.

This workshop offers an introduction to foundational pranayama practices designed to support and deepen your Ashtanga yoga practice as well as more advanced techniques. Together we will explore breath awareness, posture, nervous system regulation, and traditional breathing techniques in a grounded and accessible way. Students will learn how pranayama can cultivate clarity, balance energy, and prepare the mind for meditation.

Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this workshop invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and experience the power of conscious breathing as a living practice of devotion and self-study.
