Join us to celebrate the Summer Solstice and gather with the greater Ashtanga community here in the Triangle NC

This special Led Primary Series practice will be led collectively by Stacy Ingham, Melissa Ratkovich, Lorie Bird, Joanna Darlington, and Aparna Ravichandar. Each teacher will lead a section of the practice, allowing you to get to know a few of the “Voices of Ashtanga” here in the Triangle. After practice, we’ll invite questions and discussion and offer tea and light snacks.

Recently it was pointed out that there are quite a few people teaching and practicing Ashtanga in this area, but we are kind of spread out. Wouldn’t it be nice to gather together once in a while, meet face to face, practice next to each other and generally geek out?

If the weather is good, we’ll practice on the deck of the building at 302 Pebble Creek Drive. If not, we’ll move in to the ballroom, or upstairs to the AYS Raleigh Shala. You’ll receive full details before the event, upon registration.

Modifications and instructions will be given as needed throughout the class. Students of all levels are welcome. Be prepared to rest and/or observe if you haven’t ever done a full Led Primary before.
