Hello yogis!
It's that time of the year again: lots of sunshine, pool days, and an online Summer course from David Garrigues. This summer, David is offering one on Asana Skill Building and Philosophy from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika from July 6th - August 10th. For those of us signing up for the course, we thought it would be fun to view his yoga talks together - think Game of Thrones viewing party, but MUCH more satisfying ;-)
The first talk of the course is on July 6th, and Aparna is excited to host the viewing party at her home! If there is enough interest, we can see how the rest go, maybe rotate hosting, etc. Tea and refreshments will be provided for the July 6th gathering. Looking forward to a yoga-filled Summer with you all!
