Join Brittany Ploss for a challenging, invigorating Ashtanga practice with plenty of time to break down postures and vinyasas that you find difficult or confusing. This class is geared toward those learning the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series. The entire Primary Series will be approached. Appropriate for ALL LEVELS, Beginner to experienced.

Brittany has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, but came to her practice with new dedication in 2013 when she completed her teacher training. While she has spent much of her teaching focused on Hatha and Vinyasa practices, in 2015, she attended an Ashtanga yoga intensive in Mysore with M.V. Chidananda. This brought new inspiration to her own practice and to her teaching. Brittany continues to teach Hatha/Vinyasa styles of yoga in addition to teaching Ashtanga in the style that she learned from her teacher in Mysore. She likes to bring a playful humility to her classes, and approaches the Ashtanga primary series as an exploration. Her classes are a great fit for students new to Ashtanga interested in a challenge as well as those with established practices.
