Thanksgiving Day Event

What better way to start Thanksgiving than to focus on giving back...we will be participating with the other Ashtanga Yoga Schools in the US for this special offering.  Gather at AYS Raleigh or join in from home for Led 1/2 Primary, Bhakti and a Talk with David Garrigues via Periscope.  We will be projecting the event live at AYS Raleigh, and we'll have coffee/tea.  Sign up below to reserve your space.
